I got into Massage Therapy after years of gymnastics, it taught me to help each other in keeping our bodies up to par due to how strenuous we worked our bodies on a daily basis. I attended Heritage College in 2011 and graduated with my Associates degree in Applied Science. Over the 5 years I have been in this industry I have gotten my Certifications in Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, Orthopedic Massage Techniques for Cervical Neck Pain and Hot Stone Massage. I specialize in Massage Therapy in general but my true passion is in Corrective Massage Therapy where its not just a massage. Not only does our bodies need to be relaxed but it needs some help in understanding that some muscles need to be Active and other muscles need to be Inhibited to reduce pain. with my back ground I'm able to not only show you ways to stretch but exercises to do at home that will aide in reducing the pain.
