Hi, I'm Tara Buchholz, Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from Professional Massage Training Center in 2011 and have since had the opportunity to explore many different avenues through my practice.  I began my career in a day spa, where I specialized in body wraps and Swedish techniques. From there I split my time between a chiropractic clinic and a yoga studio.  At the clinic I furthered my training to include sports rehab exercise, kinesiology taping, and trigger point therapy, while at the yoga studio I spent much of my time working with clients through Thai massage and stretching. After moving back to my hometown, I am now practicing from the convenience of my in-home studio, and I am excited to put my personal spin on many spa and bodywork treatments. No session is the same, just like no client is! I look forward to serving Aurora and the surrounding communities for many years to come!
