I provide a safe space for my clients and work to heal their bodies from temporary or chronic pain. I have special interest in women's health and enjoy working with pregnant women, new moms, women struggling with chronic conditions and working through cancer. I have trained in modalities across the board from Trigger Point Therapy to Lomi Lomi. Some of my favorite work revolves around the head and neck, shoulders and back and the hips. I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2003 and just recently started my own business. I rent space at Acuhaus Med Spa in Long Lake, MN and starting the second week in October, I will be working out of Firefly Acupuncture in Maple Grove on Tuesdays and Fridays.
