Miala aka Mo was born and raised right here in Duluth, MN. She completed massage school at Aveda Institutes- Minneapolis in 2016. Soon after graduating she worked with a chiropractor augmenting patient care for those with injuries and chronic pain.  After gaining experience in the Twin Cities she decided to move back to the Duluth area.  Miala specializes in chronic pain, structural integration, deep tissue, trigger point, craniosacral, ashiatsu, fire cupping, sports massage, hot stones, and pregnancy.  She is very passionate about learning how the body works.  She is always finding new ways to improve clients muscles, nervous system and over all body functions. Miala enjoys studying and learning new modalities. Giving her clients a variety of choices to help benefit their massage session. Miala’s aim is to improve clients range of motion, tension areas and over all rejuvenation.
