I became a massage therapist because massage has been integral to keeping me healthy and able to do all of the activities I love—and I do them all on trails! I walk, hike, bike, horseback ride, and walk my dogs everywhere I go. Massage keeps my muscles, tendons, and ligaments healthy so I can stay on my path to wellness! Let me be a partner on your path, whatever that path may be. Massage relaxes the body, increases the mind-body connection, improves tissue health, and allows for a more restful sleep. I am a Certified NeuroMuscular Therapist. My specialties are clinical and relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, and the temporal mandibular joint. At our first session, we will create a treatment plan together to meet your goals for health and wellness and keep you on your path.
