I know where many people are coming from these days in this high tech, high stressed world of ours.  I left a career where I was sitting at a desk all day long, staring at a computer screen, to pursue a field that would help people that were in the same situation as me - stressed out, sore muscles and uneducated about how to live a healthier lifestyle, thus becoming a Massage Therapist. I bring over 17 years of therapeutic massage experience, from working in a spa setting, to over 10 years of working at a wellness center with chiropractors, physical therapists, weight loss specialists, personal trainers and fellow massage therapists, and finally co-owning my own mobile chair massage business for the last 13 years for many well-known, local, corporate businesses in the Twin Cities metro area and Class A buildings in the downtown Minneapolis skyway system. My goal with each client is to not only relieve the physical discomfort of their body, but to educate get them on how they can improve their well-being when they are outside of our clinic.
