Whether it is reducing stress, relaxing muscles, relieving pain, or simply calming the mind and body, everyone can benefit from a massage.  Emily Neely, a certified massage therapist and the owner and operator of White Birch Massage Therapy has been a practicing massage therapist since graduating from Minnesota State's Massage Therapy program in 2016.  Emily practices a variety of massage techniques and services including: Relaxation, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Hot Stones, Prenatal, and Exfoliation.  In the past, Emily also worked as a massage therapist at the Copper Door Spa located at the Chase on the Lake hotel for 8 years.     Emily operates White Birch Massage Therapy out of two different office locations.   The Walker office is located right in downtown Walker.  The Akeley office is located within the grounds of Crow Wing Crest Lodge resort and is only open from June-September during the summer resort season.  During the summer, if you are flexible to come to either location, make sure to check the availability listed for each separate location. When Emily isn't working as a massage therapist, she enjoys reading, scuba diving, playing games, and taking in the scenic nature surrounding 11th Crow Wing Lake all year long. She also loves to travel. Emily's favorite travel destinations are the North Shore of Lake Superior and Bonaire (her favorite scuba diving destination).
