Kim Nixon Hainstock studied Massage at the Institute of Natural Therapies in Hancock, Michigan under the teaching of Hal Rudnianin, graduating with a 906 hour certification completed in 2004. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Michigan. Kim realized that many of her clients could benefit from breath-work, asana, and meditation. So in 2017-18 she studied Yoga Teacher Training 200hr in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan at Northern Life Yoga with teacher with Tiffany Lenau of Be the Love, Petoskey, Michigan. Kim has assisted children and adults with physical disabilities and cognitive delays in educational, respite, camp and adult foster care settings with their occupational and physical therapy programs, helping the individuals find comfort and function in their bodies.
