30 minute hands-on custom therapeutic condition/issue based massage.

30 minute hands-on stretching routine focused on just the area(s) you need, or head to toe stretching.

1 hour hands-on relaxation massage. Can include minor issues such as sore muscles and minor aches and pains.

1 hour hands-on custom massage session based on conditions or issues you would like to address (i.e., sciatica, whiplash, frozen shoulder, pain management).

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
