Adrienne Newman has been a practicing licensed massage therapist since 2014, with additional training in Reiki, La Stone therapy, and craniosacral work. She specializes in therapeutic care for relief of both chronic and acute injuries and pain. She has a deep love and appreciation for the healing power of bodywork and aims to facilitate the body’s capacity to be healed. She equips her clients with insight and instruction for ways to support a shift toward overall balance and wellbeing. Adrienne incorporates deep tissue, myofascial release , energy work, hot stones, facilitated stretch and cupping techniques into her sessions. Based on client needs, Adrienne works to achieve the best possible outcome and experience.
