I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing massage for the last 8 years. I earned my license at The Therapeutic Bodywork Learning Center in Bangor, Maine, where I graduated, in 2014. I spent my first few years as an LMT doing massage at a local day spa, and the last 5 years working in a chiropractic office and wellness center.   I have been fortunate enough to spend many years working alongside skilled chiropractors,  physical therapists,  acupuncturists, and LMT's. The combined knowledge of these professionals and my own has not only broadened my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, but also helped me develop an integrative and intuitive style of massage. I use various modalities to customize each massage to meet my client’s particular needs, with deep tissue and therapeutic massage being my strengths.
