I entered the field of massage to help people.  I use combination of the science of the body as well as intuition to ease aches, pains, sore muscles and help you relax and return your body to homeostasis.  I tailor each massage session to meet your needs. Weather your a desk jockeys, weekend warriors, stretched to near breaking Moms, let me show you what reclaiming your body and your sanity feels like.  My office is located in Longwell Professional Building, in Westminster, MD.  I attended Central Maryland School of massage, which allowed me to become a licensed massage therapist.  Then in 2014 I also became certified as a medical massage practitioner.  I am trained in lymphatic drainage, theraputic massage, trigger point therapy, and hot stone massage.  I hold a bachelors degree in psychology.  And I am a certified member of the Associated Bodyworks and Massage professionals.
