While attending school studying Fine Art Ceramics, working in labor intensive jobs in music venues, gardens, cleaning homes, and helping run restaurants- I had to learn how to build and maintain the physical and mental stamina that allows me to enjoy my life. I grew up under mentorship and studied massage with some of Worcester County's Master Massage Therapists for nearly a decade. Needing to expand my knowledge of anatomy beyond sculptures I began studying Complementary Health Care in hopes of offering alternative care for our bodies and minds. After a few detours, fate would find me receiving my Massage Therapy Certification from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. Receiving regular massage touch throughout school helped me form a very comfortable relationship with my body and learn my communication signals. Now, I hope to bring this familiarity of ones body to others along with the knowledge of self massage and the power of mental intention to bring awareness to our body's signals.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
