I believe massage and Reiki are healings arts, a way to better one's physical health and metal well-being. Working with clients to help them feel more at ease in their daily lives is always my goal. I work from the heart and intuitively, and am always looking for meaningful connections in my everyday life. I particularly enjoy working with Elders as they are a population that often times does not get enough caring touch. For me, providing therapeutic bodywork is one of the most important ways I connect with others.   I love what I do and know that this is how I put good out into the world.  When I'm not working I enjoy being active outside. I also volunteer at Care Dimensions giving Reiki treatments to Hospice patients.
