As a facilitator, I use multiple massage modalities to allow your body to achieve your wellness goals. My therapeutic approach is centered towards pain management, relaxation, functional body movement, and overall providing space for professional, safe touch. I was trained in Denver Colorado, at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, with a program consisting of 900+ in school hours required (well over the typical requirement for massage therapy) in addition to 240+ off-site hours of massage therapy practice. I have found this rigorous training to be an incredible benefit to both myself and for my clients. I have been able to quickly add on additional certifications quickly in the past 3 years with this very solid foundation. These include an additional certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, with multiple additional advanced trainings in Advanced Post-Surgical and Cosmetic Surgery Manual Lymphatic Drainage, as well as CranioSacral I with The Upledger Institute, cupping, and many more. Outside of Massage, I am passionate about being a mother, dog lover, roller derby player, book reader, hike taker, kayak paddler, coffee drinker, garden planter, and costume maker!
