Kayla Guidry, LMT, is a graduate of The Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy, and has obtained over 1000 hours of education in massage and other related healing arts. She has a strong background in anatomy and physiology and has experience working in various medical settings. Having received her license to practice in 2008, Kayla has years of experience as a massage therapist. Her clients include many High School, Collegiate and Professional Athletes along with members of the USTA and PGA. Her training and experience ranges from pediatric to geriatric, along with maternity modalities. Some of the massage styles she has studied include sports massage, trigger point, myofascial release and techniques designed to help with pain management from autoimmune diseases and other chronic illnesses.
