Rene Reed is a health and fitness professional with over 10 years of experience. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology before he became a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In an effort to continue his education and provide a more holistic health experience for his clients, he became licensed in massage therapy after attending Unitech Training Academy in New Orleans. With a focus on restoring muscular tissue to a more optimal state, Rene specializes in trigger point release, improving circulation and  range of motion therapy.
