After decades in the for-profit and not-for-profit business sectors, I decided it was time to go into business for myself, in a career that would be rewarding and help others in a more tangible way. Based on feedback from many of my 300+ clients, I have found my calling. I graduated in June 2018 from the highly-regarded Louisville School of Massage, and passed my licensing exam in the same month, and opened The Body Mechanic of Louisville immediately thereafter. I introduced my own Kentucky Proud CBD products in April 2021. ​ \Through my massage therapy studies, I have come to realize just how fine-tuned the body is - like a high-end sports car - and if one thing goes out of alignment, or starts to work improperly, then the whole system suffers.
