Margi has been a massage therapist since 1999. After graduating from Deep Tissue Massage Therapy & School in Hockessin, DE, she went on to graduate from Palm Beach State College Massage Therapy Program in Boca Raton, FL and is nationally certified.   Margi was a lead massage instructor at Palm Beach State College teaching hands-on techniques, massage history, theory of massage and functional anatomy & physiology from 2005-2023 when she moved to Lexington. She specializes in Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Movement Re-education and Joint Mobilization.  Other specialties include massage therapy for fibromyalgia and other painful chronic conditions. Whether your goal is pain reduction, pure relaxation or a combination, Margi will create an individualized session for you using integrated modalities which can include reflexology, heated Himalayan salt stones and/or Active Isolated Stretching techniques and others.  She is exceptional at providing a soothing, therapeutic, relaxing massage that will allow you to leave your stress at the door!
