Michaela Banks is a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in manipulating clients’ soft tissues and joints to address injuries, alleviate muscle tension, and promote overall well-being. Michaela received her education from Lexington Healing Arts Academy, graduating June 2022. Michaela enjoys learning & continuing to develop her skills to better help her clients. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individual's needs, including: Swedish or relaxation, trigger point, deep tissue, stretching and mobilization. When Michaela isn’t at work she loves to be outdoors. She enjoys swimming, hiking, rock collecting, spending time with family, all with a good book on hand.
