Welcome to Elemental Massage, LLC!  My favorite quote about massage is listed previously on the page and I believe this to be one of the most true statements about the type of integrative care massage therapy provides.  Know that your time here is greatly appreciated and while you are here you will find a peaceful, relaxing, and safe space to give your body the time it needs to relax, decompress, and heal. All to often in this fast paced on to the next race world we forget that to keep moving forward we must take care of the body we are given. In 2015 my journey began after graduating Lexington Healing Arts Academy(LHAA) licensed massage therapy program, where I worked for a short time. In 2016 my path changed course and I moved to Baptist Health Lexington(BHL) to provide care in The Wellness Center. Since making this move I have served as a supervisor the Oncology Based Massage program to LHAA students and currently serve as the direct supervisor.   This journey has been so exciting but my biggest blessing is be able to open my own practice in my hometown, Harrodsburg KY!!
