I came to massage therapy through a life-long fascination with the human body and a passion for helping others connect to and feel better in their bodies. During a massage therapy session, I blend focused attention to areas of restriction and pain with long, nurturing strokes for a truly restorative and relaxing experience, integrating Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Facilitation/Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral Therapy. While my work encourages deep relaxation, the sessions are focused on significant therapeutic and remedial work, and each session is tailored to my client’s unique needs and goals to facilitate deep and lasting healing. I also offer full-length Craniosacral Therapy sessions and am a certified Usui Reiki Master and can incorporate Reiki energy healing in any massage session or as a stand-alone service.
