I am a licensed massage therapist with over 11 years of experience with bodywork. I graduated from Birmingham School of Massage in Alabama in 2011, and continued my education with Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and several other modalities. Given the right environment, I believe that each body has the capability of healing itself. My goal is to use my knowledge to achieve the individual needs of each client, and creating a custom treatment to aid in each body's needs. Over the years, I have developed a passion for Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Cupping Therapy. I became a massage therapist because I believe that each body has every right to move as freely, and painlessly as possible. I realize that our bodies are ever changing, and with each new year of life, brings new needs for each muscle within. Massage therapy is not a luxury, but a necessity to keep us the best version of ourselves!
