Kara is a Certified Massage Therapist serving clients in Topeka, KS since 2022.  After a decade of working various customer service positions within the food and retail industries, she attended WellSpring School of Allied Health in Lawrence, KS, where she graduated in 2023 with an Associate of Occupational Science degree in Massage Therapy. During her time at WellSpring, she maintained a 3.8 GPA and received over 1,100 hours of hands-on training in numerous modalities, which she combines techniques from to provide comprehensive and individualized care for all clients.  Kara has successfully passed the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Exam and earned CPR certification. She is currently working on obtaining her Massage Therapy license in the city of Lawrence, KS, as no license is needed to practice Massage Therapy in Topeka, KS. She has shown a special interest in providing adjunct treatment for those who may be living with mental health conditions and survivors of trauma. She truly believes in a holistic healthcare model and seeks to have a hand in helping clients to find mental, physical and spiritual wellness.
