My mission is to provide exceptional service and care in a professional massage setting, while encouraging my clients to be proactive in their health through regular treatment, education and body awareness.  This is an evidence based massage therapy practice, meaning, my treatments are based on actual evidence in clinical practice and clients benefit as a result.. My rates are based on my experience and expertise and not based on time (although we do have to have a start and end time) I also have a no tipping policy. Everyone is treated as an individual with their own needs and goals. I  work hard to get you to your goals. Each massage session is different and customized to meet you where you are that day.
