I graduated from Jefferson West High School and when I retired from my 32-year career with the Federal Government as a Park Ranger, I came home to the Meriden area. I studied massage therapy at Wellspring School of Allied Health in Lawrence.  I want to help people who struggle with chronic pain and those who need to relax.  Massage therapy has many benefits such as lowering cortisol, increasing serotonin and dopamine in the body.  These help with providing relief from chronic pain as well as with relaxation.  My philosophy is to do no harm and make my clients feel better so they can enjoy daily life.   I want to work with people in Jefferson County to help them to enjoy their best lives.
