Amanda has been a massage therapist since 2009, with a focus on Surgical Recovery, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, CranioSacral Therapy, Cupping/Vacuum Body Contouring and Usui Reiki. As a newly graduated massage therapist Amanda was diagnosed with an advanced stage cancer and through that process of healing and recovery her practice evolved with her. Becoming Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy for treatment of Lymphedema was the first step in taking control of her healing process. CranioSacral Therapy and both Massage Cupping and Medi-Cupping followed shortly after; all modalities used that keep herself healthy and thriving. Her current practice includes the treatment of swelling and fibrosis after plastic surgery. As a former patient herself, she brings a level of care and understanding that is hard to find. It is with deep empathy, born of personal experience, that she has been able to guide so many of her guests along their own personal healing journeys. Marrying her clinical skills with experience, problem solving and intuition to facilitate comprehensive treatment plans for people recovering from traumatic illness, injury and surgeries.
