Renea graduated from Alive and Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2007, with a passion for helping others feel their best. She began her focus on therapeutic treatments and pain management techniques, and over the years has come to learn as much as she can about the body, and the tools needed to help each client feel and perform at their best. She offers hot stones, acu-cupping, as well as muscle scraping. She is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage as of April 2023 and has helped many clients with inflammation, lymphatic congestion and pre and post-surgical issues rehabilitation. She is also a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, allowing her to help clients with specific exercises to help them correct chronic weak and tight muscles. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, making memories with family, working out and lifting weights, and traveling.
