The massage was very helpful and relaxing. Matt used the perfect amount of pressure to work on those problem spots. He definitely listened to me when communicating which area needed more attention than others. I would definitely recommend.

Matt was very attentive, when you express the areas of discomfort, he goes right to problem area and by the end of the session you can definitely tell the difference. I can tell the difference now that I come monthly.
