My passion is to help others through injury prevention andwhole-body restoration. My goal is to help reduce pain and stress so that youcan accomplish more of your goals throughout each day. I believe inpreventative healthcare and take an evidence-based approach to health. The body works as a whole unit to heal: Physically, Mentally andSpiritually and I incorporate this approach into my bodywork.
When I am not living my passion to help others you will find meadventuring with my husband Tyler and our German Shepard Koda. We loveCrossFit, Mt Biking, Fishing, Camping, Surfing, Snowboarding, Dirt Bikinganything that keeps us moving and connected to what matters most.
What Is Fusion Bodywork?
I have developed my own uniquemedley of modalities that have been found to be most effect for promotingrecovering, preventing injuries and relieving pain.
This style is a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy,Structural Integration, Myofascial Release, Sport Massage, Therapeutic Cuppingand Scrapping. The main aim is to break down adhesions, and internal scar tissue,reduce hypertonicity and promote tissue flexibility. This helps realignlayers of muscle, releasing any tension in the myofascial tissue, promotingblood flow to problem areas helping relieve muscle tension and prompting cell repairfor optimal healing.
I use my own handmade local TallowSalve, which I use as my glide during your treatment. This promotescollagen production and the repair of body tissue, through the combination of aspecialty essential oil blend, DMSO oil, Castor Oil and Camphor.
