After graduating from the Academy of Professional Careers in 2005, I opened up my massage practice as the Gift of Touch. I believe touch is fundamentally important to our well-being. To see someone leave my office feeling so much better than when they came in is a tremendous feeling! I incorporate a variety of the modalities I have learned over the years in each session. Deep tissue, stretching, myofascial release, Reiki, Swedish. They are all about restoring balance to the body and thus, also to the mind and spirit.
