Mary Hamelin grew up in Ammon ID, and she loved to dance. From a young age she did ballet, then ballroom and branched out into other forms. Along the way, one of her coaches introduced her to the magical world of how muscles work and affect one another, and out of this bloomed a desire to help others through massage therapy.  Mary took a long, round about way to massage school during which time she assisted her mom in midwifery and developed a passion for helping women through the fertility to pregnancy, pregnancy to postpartum and mothing stages. She is a fierce advocate for empowering women to make informed decision about their own and their children's bodies and wants to help women find joy and peace in motherhood in all its stages.
