Appointment Cancellation Policy: I ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. At Positive Zen Massage, I understand that unexpected events happen. It is my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and have adopted the following policies. 12-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Do so without 12-hour advance notice, and you will be charged the full amount of what you would have been for your treatment fee. This charge with be deducted from the card listed on file, package, gift certificate or invoiced to you, but must be paid in full before your next scheduled treatment. Anyone who forgoes their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show” and will be charged for their missed appointment and future service may be denied. If you arrive late by any amount of time, it will be deducted from your scheduled treatment. I have reserved the right to refuse service to any person at any time, as well as the right to stop treatment at any time due to inappropriate behavior and can ban clients on specific grounds as well-justified situations.
