I feel so blessed to be able to do this work that I love. I am honored to help facilitate the body's amazing ability to heal itself.  Each session is an opportunity to use my training and talent to help clients get relief from their pain. I specialize in Cranio Sacral Therapy and the  John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release, but also use therapeutic massage and manual lymphatic drainage to help clients feel better, gain strength and energy.  Each client is different and as such, no two sessions are exactly the same. We will always reassess goals and needs at the beginning of each session so you can feel your very best!
