I became a Trained and Licensed Massage Therapist from my desire to help people.  I want nothing better than to help people relieve stress and pain.   If you are looking to relax and forget about things for a while, or you have physical pain, decreased Range of Motion, or tight muscles from something you recently did, I want to help you feel better! I am trained in Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Pre-Natal Massage, Cupping Massage and am also an Advanced Reiki Practitioner.  Each session will be based on YOUR individual needs for that particular day. If you want to work on one area for an hour we can do that...if you need more work in a specific area but still want some time on other areas we can do that too. Every massage is different and unique to you. It will be based solely on your needs. I care about each client and their well being and strive for each session to be a healthful and relaxing experience. I love essential oils and I use them in my practice at no additional cost to the client.  I love cupping and include in most massages.  This type of cupping typically does not leave the markings of the traditional cupping method.  However, if you are in need, we can focus on a specific area and it may leave some discoloration.  There is no additional fee for this service as it is included in the time and cost of your massage experience.
