Allison is the LMT that will be working with you. She is looking forward to connecting with you and offering her service. She is a massage therapy instructor using her movement experience to teach bodywork at Body Wisdom Massage School. Allison is versed in many modalities of massage therapy and will custom choose techniques to fit you. Among her most favored techniques are Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, and Myofascial.  Rather than try to “Fix" you, her approach to bodywork is to hold a safe space that allows your body's processes to arrive at wellness.
