Sakari Nichols is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the founder of Home Haven Massage LLC. With 5 years of experience in the field of massage therapy, she specializes in Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, and  deep tissue massage. Sakari is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized and therapeutic massage treatments. Sakari graduated from Gwinnett College: Sandy Springs with a diploma in Massage Therapy. She is also certified in prenatal massage, reflexology and cupping therapy ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care. Over the years, Sakari has worked in various settings, including independent spas, corporate spas and, chiropractor's offices honing her skills and techniques. She has a strong background in pain management and  stress relief and is known for her versatile, yet firm touch, calming presence, and exceptional client service. Sakari believes that massage therapy is health care as well as self care and massage can heal both the mind and body. She is committed to creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every client. When she is not helping clients, Sakari enjoys learning about various subjects such as psychology and philosophy as well as furthering her education in wellness and other forms of healing such as Eastern medicine techniques. She is also passionate about spreading the word about the importance of self care and wellness and volunteering at local schools, businesses and health fairs.
