Hey Middle Georgia! My name is Paige, I am an experienced and licensed sports massage therapist, located inside Macon Legends Fitness. I have 7+ years of experience in massage therapy, a bachelors in exercise & sports science, and personal experience in the fitness world. In my massage career I have helped all different types of athletes and clients reach their fitness and health related goals. I've treated many CrossFit athletes, Powerlifters, Body Builders up to the pro level, Strongman athletes, Iron man and other racers, dancers & cheerleaders, golfers, and baseball, basketball, & football players. My sessions are custom to fit the clients’ needs, and can include cupping, scraping, pin and stretch techniques, and myofascial release. I also offer kinesiotaping by RockTape, prenatal massage, water flush massage for bodybuilding competitions, spray tanning for any & every occasion, and Ultrasonic Cavitation which can help reduce the appearance of fat by draining lipo cells.
