Getting back to a healthier you I graduated from the Florida School of  Massage in Gainesville, Florida. While I was there I learned a lot about not just the body, but the energy around it. Our bodies are capable of many things when we apply them. The idea that often gets forgotten when we let go of the intention behind it.  The way I work my sessions is by providing a welcoming experience the second you walk in the room. Everything is placed with purpose and care.  Understanding this takes the session to the next level when working with the body.
