Hi!  My name is Chrissy, I received my first massage in 2000 and started classes 2 weeks later receiving my certificate for Therapeutic Massage 6 months later.  I opened my first office in a women's fitness center in 2001.  This is where I met my first life-long clients and received my first Personal Training certification.  In 2002 I took a position as an Instructor at National Massage Therapy Institute while expanding my office to a location in the healthcare district in Stratford, NJ.  In 2004, I decided to go back to school and received my degree in Dietary Technology in 2009.  When I decided to close my wellness center in NJ and move South it was 3000 sq ft with 3 massage rooms, a yoga room and a personal training area.  When I got to FL in 2013 I worked for 2 years at The Gasparilla Inn and Spa as Lead LMT and Lead PT.  I made the jump to Key West in 2015 as Spa Therapist Supervisor.  I have found that I very much enjoy being my own boss and decided to open an office in Bodyzone Fitness where I can be more involved in the community.  My passion for Massage and Bodywork as well as Fitness has brought me a long way.  My concentration is Sports Massage and Clinical Massage Therapy.  Enough about me, let me hear about you and your wellness needs.  I'm looking forward to speaking with you!
