Prior to becoming a licensed massage therapist, I spent many years working in corporate America.  I struggled to deal with the emotional stress of corporate politics, the physical stress of never-ending deadlines and the guilt of juggling personal and professional priorities.  Because of this experience, it became vitally important to me find balance.    Now, as a massage therapist, I am compelled to do what I can to assist working professionals in finding balance.
