Born in Massachusetts. My career as a professional ballet dancer in Europe, then as a medical research laboratory assistant in Germany and Switzerland, span the arts and sciences. While living in Switzerland, I suffered a severe Achilles tendon rupture, which led me down the road of experiencing a variety of holistic modalities to help my healing process. I eventually founded Birthlight Zurich in 2005, a center for prenatal yoga, aquatics and massage and had many pregnant women attending classes and receiving massage treatments. I offer prenatal massage, as well as other specialty treatments at my massage practice in Naples, FL.  I also enjoy teaching continuing education courses for Licensed Massage Therapists.
