Hello and welcome to my site. For those who do not know me, my name is Christine Benitez - Founder and Owner of Refresh Massage and Spa LLC. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my ultimate goal is to make sure every single one of my clients feels comfortable and most importantly: Relaxed, Refreshed and Recharged.  A little background about myself - 30 years old, born in Jersey City, raised here in Lakeland, FL. I love spending time with my little family as I am a wife and mother. I enjoy going on adventures, being outdoors, working out and capturing the moments. Helping others is what I have been called to do as it brings me so much peace and happiness.  If there’s one thing I can say is that you’re not late but right on time with what goes on in your life. I graduated from Polk State College with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2019 and ended up resigning from my corporate job of 4 years doing payroll to pursue my own career in Massage Therapy. I then graduated from Ridge Technical College and made the National Technical Honor Society in 2024. I will be returning back to school to pursue another degree in Facials Specialist to add more services to my clients, so stay tuned for that! Get out of your comfort zone and take that risk because it will be fulfilling and rewarding in the end. I would also like to thank God for allowing me the opportunity to serve you.
