I am dedicated and passionate about empowering folks to know their own body better than anyone else can tell them. If you don't have a massage background, that's okay! After we work with each other consistently, you're going to feel as though you went to massage school with me. I have a mind for problem solving and I absolutely enjoy working with people that make the effort every day to do better for themselves; to be the best version they can be. I have concluded over 15 years of practice that massage therapy is one of the most approachable ways to gain access to a world of healthier habits. To support my clients in a comprehensive way through the journey of better health, I opened Luminous Energy Exchange in 2022 to be a community space for wellness services & education.
