Guide to Selecting the Best Massage Time Frame for You:
- 30 Minute: Great for focusing on one or two parts of the body (for ex. focusing on legs, or neck and shoulders). This is not enough time for a full body massage.
- 60 Minute: Perfect for either focusing on upper or lower body, or a full body relaxation massage.
- 90 Minute: Best for a full body massage and focusing on an area of the body.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the price of the reserved services.
*If you have an appointment and need to cancel within 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment, we will require a credit card on file in order to book your next session with us.
Late Arrival Policy: If you are late to your appointment, we will only be able to provide you with the time remaining in your scheduled service, as we have other clients scheduled. We will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, and a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service will be charged.
FAQs:
- Where are you located? We are located at 9 Beeches Lane in The Beeches business complex in Woodstock, CT. Our standalone building is situated behind the large Victorian building on the righthand side when you first drive in.
- Are you handicap accessible? Yes, our business is handicap accessible and does not have steps at the entrance. We also have parking located in the front of the building with a designated handicapped parking space.
- What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. We accept checks from existing clients only.
- Do you accept medical insurance? No, we do not. However, we can provide you with a paid invoice at the end of your session, and you can try to submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your health insurance provider beforehand to see if massage is something they would cover, and if so, what their requirements are.
- Is it customary to tip your massage therapist? While tips for great service are always appreciated, it is never expected. If you do choose to tip, and are wondering what the standard tip rate is, it is typically somewhere around 15-20%. We are able to add tips onto credit card payments if you would like. Please let your therapist know that you would like to add on a tip before they process your payment.
- Do you offer gift certificates? Yes, we offer both electronic and physical gift certificates. You can purchase electronic gift certificates on our website, select one of our beautiful designs, include a personalized message, and have them emailed directly to the recipient. If you prefer a physical gift certificate, you can either purchase one over the phone and have us mail it to your desired address, or you can call us and arrange a time to come to the office and purchase it. We ask that you call to schedule a time for pickup so that we are available and not in a session.

You can choose to either print the gift certificate or input your own email address when it asks for the recipient's email, and then forward the email to the recipient when you're ready.
- Can I leave a tip using my gift certificate? Unless a gift certificate is purchased with an additional amount left specifically for a tip, we do not accept gift certificates for tips. They are to be used to pay for services only.
