Using this God given talent of touch, I strongly believe that my calling to this world is to help heal, educate and possibly change the life of those who may be suffering from stress,  muscular   imbalance  or pain.  Not only will I bring balance to your body using the skills and tailored program for your needs but your mind and spirit will also go through a transformation as stress and toxins are released throughout the body.  During my 8+ years in practice I have successfully acquired several certifications, some of which include: Myofascial Release, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Integrative Bodywork and Cranial Sacral.  Educated at The Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy (C.C.M.T) I received the highest and most thorough instructions from incredible and knowledgeable instructors  My ideal clientele have been athletes or anyone getting back into training or working out. I also specialize in  pre/post surgery, rehabilitation and Reflexology therapy.
