Nellie Bentz, LMT, brings several years of experience and expertise to her massage therapy practice, having trained at the esteemed Bancroft School of Massage, one of New England’s premier institutions. Nellie specializes in a wide array of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, Asian techniques, and trigger point therapy, carefully selecting and combining them to meet each client's unique needs. Recently relocated to Western Connecticut, she also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In her free time, Nellie pursues music production and performance, and enjoys yoga, hiking, and discovering new places, all of which contribute to her vibrant and engaging approach to life and therapy.
