I am a licensed massage therapist and the founder of Merit Massage. I have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from a 1,000-hour program at the Colorado Academy of Natural Therapy in 2022.  My lifelong passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of others has always been the guiding force in my journey. Before becoming a massage therapist, I had my own house-cleaning business for several years. The strenuous demands of the job were exacting a toll on my physical well-being. It became clear that if I were to continue in this profession, I needed to prioritize self-care. I decided to make a change and introduced regular massages into my routine, and discovered firsthand the many benefits of massage therapy. My own personal experience with regular massage therapy led me to want to help others in the same way it helped me.  With this newfound purpose, I set forth on a transformative path to become a certified massage therapist. My journey of professional development led me to the esteemed Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley, Colorado. This is where I meticulously honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the art and science of massage.  My fundamental belief is that almost everyone can derive benefits from the art of massage. It is my life's mission to serve each individual who walks through my door, guiding them toward enhanced mobility and functionality. My goal is to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and combat stiffness while simultaneously boosting circulation, releasing tense muscles, and expanding range of motion.
