I believe that we need to take care of ourselves, so that we may be able to take care of each other. I found my passion for massage at a young age after seeing how much it helped my mom with her chronic pain conditions. I have been a therapist for over 18 years, and I love being able to help people heal. I have my AOS degree in Neuromuscular, Sports, and Cranial Sacral therapies. Even after working in the field for all this time, I find there is a lot to be learned about how the body works and what we can do to heal it. I love using my training to help people with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, low back pain, migraines, and many other issues. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Swedish techniques, and have experience with sports injuries, prenatal, and many chronic issues.
