Mariah Brooks, LMT, CYT, NASM-CPT has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years with over 1300 hours of training in massage, bodywork, yoga, and personal training. In 2009 she graduated from the Professional Massage Therapy and Master Bodyworker programs at Steiner Cruise Ships' Utah College of Massage Therapy (sister to Denver School of Massage Therapy). In 2016 she graduated from Front Range Community College with her Yoga Teacher Certificate and in 2020 she became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She combines Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy into her Therapeutic Massage appointments. Her Structural Integration appointments focus on body assessment, Myofacial Release, and Yoga Instruction. Craniosacral Therapy sessions combine Upledger Technique (www.upledgerinstitute.com) with neck, shoulders, and scalp massage and myofacial release to help with headaches, migraines, TMJ, and concussions. Outside of work Mariah enjoys spending time with her family, doing yoga, playing disc golf, bicycling, and visiting art and science museums, zoos, and botanical gardens. Her interests include nutritious cooking, shamanic healing, aromatherapy, herbalism, dance, lyra, and DIY crafting.
